Rural Guardian Charitable Trust (RGT) was founded to deliver world-class equine end-of-life care, research, and teaching in New Zealand.

The Rural Guardian Charitable Trust’s equine cremation and post-mortem facility has now been operating successfully in the Waikato for several months, quietly providing a dignified and environmentally responsible end-of-life option for horses.
Our purpose-built crematorium facility, modern equipment, and internationally recognised best-practice cremation services are specially designed for equine care.
